"The hotel staff were welcoming and very helpful. I had inadvertently booked for five nights instead of the six nights I was staying, and they accommodated me without any problem. The hotel itself is very nice, with comfortable rooms, air conditioning, and a pool. It is also conveniently located.

"This is one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. Cannot believe it is 5*. Our room was huge but completely basic. Black and white decor, with one or two tiny pictures otherwise vast white walls. The lighting was controlled by one switch - full glare white lighting or off. No bedside lighting or dimmer switches. Everything was tired and shabby - even the cheap wooden toilet seat. Bed unbelievably uncomfortable - very hard pillows. Tiny gym - 3 machines and no space for weights, stretching...
"I liked the location and the patio. One young girl was very nice when we left our luggages until we left the town for the train station. But the bathroom was really really small and would benefit from small repairs. The access for the family rooms is by stairs, which is a pain with large luggages."
