"The photos do not do the property justice, it was outstanding in all aspects, the buffet breakfast was incredible and the staff were very attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond. The property is located in the quieter corner of Kuta but still close enough for the hustle and bustle if you wanted it. We hope to be back soon!"

"We had an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and our room was comfortable and relaxing. What really stood out was the excellent service. Everyone we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made an effort to make our stay enjoyable. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and felt very well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. "Great location, fantastic clean room and a good breakfast. Overall, the hotel itself was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, the VIP experience was disappointing. I booked this hotel specifically because it was a VIP hotel, however, I didn’t really experience any of the VIP perks that influenced my decision to book the hotel. Given this, I do wonder whether the hotel’s VIP status should be reconsidered, or whether there needs to be better staff training and communication around what VIP guests are entitled to. The hotel itself was great, but unfortunately the VIP experience didn’t live up to expectations."
