“The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. “Lovely location and good chalet. Just needs a bit of focus -dishwasher doesn’t work as jets completely chalked up. No towels or bedding in one of the bedrooms on arrival, although did fiz this quickly the next day after it was reported. Excruciating when the whole evening when you’re sat in the living area, the floor above scrape chairs across the floor making your ceiling shudder. Perhaps a bit of felt under the chairs legs?”

“Clean, efficient, utilitarian, well-equipped. While it does not have a "personal touch," it is not endeavoring to offer that. It does the job well as a convenient, reliable place to stay that is well cared for and streamlined. Would definitely stay here again.”
