"The room was a nice size, and the beds were comfortable. When we arrived at 2 pm for check-in, they told us it would be another hour -- the hotel was fully booked, and housekeeping had gotten behind. But they were able to let us in at 2:30 pm, so it really wasn't too bad -- they were very apologetic. It's a short walk to the train station and bus station, and Oude Markt and Grote Markt are about a 20-minute walk. "I booked this hotel as it was the only one available close to the Leuven area. First, I thought the hotel was much nicer than I was expecting, with the hotel being at a highway rest-stop and a much smaller enclave of Leuven. In fact, if they could just transport this entire hotel to right into Leuven Center, i would give it 5 stars. The hotel is inexpensive, however if you are planning on going into Leuven Center each day, your options are a $50 round-trip Uber ride or a 90 minute walk in each...

"We booked this with two hours notice, and received excellent service including directions to park our large van, five minutes walk away. You have to bear in mind this is a budget hotel, and as such we found it to be very good. There was a minor problem with the plumbing, which was dealt with efficiently and very very quickly. All the staff we dealt with were friendly, helpful and spoke. Excellent English."
