“Leider war unser Aufenthalt eine große Enttäuschung. Wir waren als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern (3 und 6 Jahre) für drei Nächte gebucht.
Bereits in der ersten Nacht entdeckten wir mehrere kleine dunkle Insekten direkt auf der Bettwäsche und haben dies fotografisch dokumentiert. Welche Art von Insekten es genau war, können wir nicht beurteilen. Für uns kam es jedoch nicht infrage, unsere Kinder dort schlafen zu lassen.
Zusätzlich waren Handtücher verschmutzt und im Eingangsbereich nahmen...
“Es un hotel recién renovado en el centro de Rapallo. Muy cómodo porque te puedes mover a pie desde el hotel por todo el centro... No tiene parking pero si, valet parking que te lleva el coche hasta un parking privado con un coste de 30€ el dia, lo cual es comodisimo. Las habitaciones son correctas, nos dieron una en el tercer piso -nos hicieron un upgrade, gracias- con un pequeño balcón desde donde se divisaba la bahía, muy bonita. El desayuno correcto.”
“Our room was a good size, bright and we had a beautiful ocean view. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We loved the "old school" elevator. The restaurant staff were very friendly and the food was delicious and breakfast was ample enough to keep us going till we ate again later in the day. “There are only 6 parking places. If you have a plan for the weekend or busy seasons, ready for being annoyed of parking places. Very hard to find it.
Breakfast : better to skip it.
Room : I had a superior room with sea view: very spacious size and clean. But you have to share the terrace( it’s an open place)
Service: don’t expect too much. Don’t ask too much. Not so helpful. Of course depends on the person who works. But a woman was very kind and helpful.
