“Room very small for the price, bathroom floor in bad repair, window frames damp/mouldy, flaking paint work, floor uneven under foot. Raised drain covers outside our room, which were a trip hazard. Right on the main road lots of passing traffic noise, cobwebs in the dining area, would not recommend.”

“This is a beautiful hotel with lovely grounds and outdoor seating. Very friendly welcome from reception on arrival. A big room and spacious bathroom with large walk in shower. Very comfortable huge bed. Lovely high tea in restaurant. Nice lounge and bar where we enjoyed a drink and played pool and darts. A novelty for our 2 grandchildren. Breakfast was great, the usual cereal, yogurts, fresh fruit, ham and cheese along with cooked items. A lovely stay whilst enroute to Edinburgh zoo. My only...
