"I booked two rooms, when we arrived they only showed one. After showing the attendant my reservation he chose to bash 3rd party booking rather than quicky working to resolve the issue, leaving a line of frustrating guests trying to all check in. Day two we asked for towels and were told housekeeping would bring them to the room while we were out that day, that didn't happen. When we stopped by the front desk the same attendant chose to complain about the housekeeping and questioned why we would need extra towels and washclothes. Meanwhile the hallway always reaked of weed. The last night of our stay the room across the haul basically had a revolving door of people knocking loudiy going in and out of the room, yelling for the person in the room all hours of the night. Given the attitude of the night clerk we chose to put a towel under the door to keep out the smell and crank up our sound machine. So if you like bad attitudes, subpar cleanliness, powdered eggs, drugs and using your hotel towel for 3 days, this is the hotel for you. Never again will I stay there or refer others. Even the locals said it was a bad hotel!"

"When I arrived, there was a group of young adults outside with very little clothing and smoking what smelled like marijuana unfortunately I had already paid for the hotel so I couldn’t leave. Got to my room no toilet paper in the room realize when I went to go to bed. The floor was dirty. Went to take a shower in the morning and the bath mat was dirty. The group of people that were out front of the hotel were there till about 10:30 in the morning, making all kinds of noise right at the front entrance, where everybody came in and out people staying above me were extremely noisy. I have to say I was not happy with the conditions at all. It looks like you do advertise that you have breakfast, but there is no breakfast so you need to fix that online. No washers and dryers available. Only thing I can say is my sheets were clean thank goodness no hairdryer in the room no microwave in the room very disappointed. I stayed in room 225."
