“Excellent attention, clean, view, walkable”

“La habitación nuestra se notaba que estaba arreglado hace poco .Baño a nuevo, ducha perfecta, pero increíblemente les faltan porta jabon , algún toallero , repisas en la ducha para el shampoo y crema de enjuague . Está precioso pero parece que se olvidaron de los detalles. Muy a tener en cuenta si van con valijas pedir una habitación baja porque no hay ascensor. Lugar muy tranquilo y agradable, carretera sinuosa pero con vistas espectaculares. Buen punto para ir a Menaggio y ahí tomar el ferry...

“Street parking was better than covered parking offered. Mattress and bedding needed replacing with new. Room and bathroom were clean. No one was at the property to greet us. However, they communicated by email promptly. Fabiola, our host, was delightful. Her breakfast was wonderful.”

“The property is exceptionally clean and peaceful, and the owner is truly wonderful. She is a charming young woman who ensures the hotel is perfect for couples. She personally oversees all operations and prepares the breakfast herself, including the bread, coffee, and eggs. With only four rooms available, she has thoughtfully decorated the space, even hand-painting many of the items herself. It is a lovely establishment.”

“This property is truly lovely. The rooms are spacious, large and fresh. Our room I thought when I saw the picture with the bunk beds will be simple but it was elegant. The property lies slightly out of town behind a nice electronic gate that opens up into a nice driveway and garden with a pool and an amazing view of a rock faced mountain. “Sehr schöne Anlage, freundliches Personal und sehr bequeme Betten”

“I was waiting for 1 hour to get my room key. But the host has gone to milan(more than 1hour by car). So I have to make a int'l phone call to get my room key. After 1.5hours of effort I got my room key. This B&B is located 5th floor & and our room door was out of order so we cannot lock our room door. Further more room TV is located more than 2m high. The host never say "I am sorry !"”

“The room we stayed in was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The bathroom was also very spacious and clean. The hotel is near the ferry dock and walking distance to the main street. Stefano our host was super nice and attentive! We had a great time at the hotel and would recommend it to everyone!”

“A wonderful quaint, old B&B. Breakfast was excellent and the owners and hosts, Doriano and Giovanna are knowledgeable and kind. They were helpful in providing extra linen, an early breakfast to go, and much valuable instruction on accessing area attractions. Also Tea the lovely lab is a sweet soul. The location is perfectly situated close to the ferry dock. The town of Dongo is precious and quiet and perfect for our needs. “We were warmly received by Donatella and her daughter, Francesca. Donatella was very gracious and created marvelous treats for breakfast. Her homemade apple strudel was the best I’ve ever had. Francesca was amazing and helped us coordinate ferry schedules, dinner reservations, and activities. The setting is gorgeous and idyllic. Truly a unique and fabulous stay.”
