“Accoglienza molto cortese e disponibile. Camere pulite. Qualche piccolo problema di temperatura”

“The window in the room was so small it was almost nonexistent. It was covered with a film and could not be opened. As a result, both the room and the bathroom were extremely stuffy and poorly ventilated. Even on a sunny day, the room was almost completely dark.”

“I loved this little gem. I went there on my honeymoon after getting married in Bagheria, and it was the perfect seaside retreat. We hosted a lunch in the restaurant following the wedding and the staff were exceptional. The hotel room was simple but very charming. We stayed in the romantic room which had the most beautiful sea view patio and terrace. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very nice, and included savoury options like eggs and meats and cheese which can be hard to find in...

“Quiet and memorable”

“The staff treated me like family. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and cared for. The location is amazing and rooms are modern and very well kept. Breakfast was a plus. I will return!! Thank you Mariapia!”

“Gutes wohnung Geschäfte in der Nähe Strand leider nicht, gerne wieder!”

“Our host and hostess, Salvo and Patricia were delightful. We felt very much at home. Took the train into Palermo, best way to go. 15 minutes into the old town for 2 people, €13.20 return! Thank you!”

“Very easy to find, and close enough for a short walk from the train station. very clean room and very comfortable bed. A great variety of breakfast options including several freshly baked items. Mariella was very quick and responsive to any questions I had. I would stay again if I am in Palermo.”

“Palazzo Achates was perfect for us! It is in the center of old town on a quiet street and has been fully renovated with a beautiful modern minimalist design. I booked the last room available which, was described as small, but it was actually quite roomy and lovely. The owner answered all requests promptly and was wonderfully welcoming! He made us feel assured that the keycard entry to the hotel itself would work smoothly at any hour of the night, and it did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!”

“Es war sehr schön und vor allem ruhig! Wir haben es sehr genossen zu relaxen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Maurizio und Rossella sind sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Für uns der perfekte Ort während unserer Sizilien Rundreise etwas zu entspannen.”

“Giovanni was very friendly and let us arrive on our schedule and check in early and leave a little late. It was very nice because I was only here for one day searching for records of my family history. My great-grandmother was born in Bolognetta and it was really nice place to stay close to the church and the municipal archive of the town.”

“Die Unterkunft war super, nur zu empfehlen. Die Kommunikation ist einfach, das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Zudem ist die Lage optimal, da direkt in der Nähe vom Bahnhof und Zentrum. Die Unterkunft liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, es ist nicht unbedingt ruhig.”

“Mariella places extreme pride in her properties. She delights in ensuring her customers are contented and able to truly enjoy time both in her apartments and Palermo. She made us feel at home.”

“Propriétaire très accueillant ! Très pratique pour un couple qui veut cuisine durant son séjour avec la cuisinette privée. Chambre et toilette spacieusr”
