"The resort is well situated and beautiful in the countryside. The hotel is separate from the chalets or houses. They do not provide you with towels, bath mats and toiletries. We were not aware of this. The house has two floors but the toilet is on the first floor and the bathroom is on the second floor. Although there is heating throughout the house, it was not on when we checked in late in the night in the middle of winter. We froze that night. The staff came in the morning and put the heating...
