“"This was our first time in Asia, first time in the Philippines. Everyone said Palawan was beautiful, so we planned around it, and almost didn’t include Nacpan at all. We nearly just stayed in town the whole time. Really glad we didn’t. “Room was not really big, but spotless clean and confortable. Located outside el Nido center but in a very nice and quieter area, at walking distance from beach and restaurants. ”

“Staff especially Lhynne was wonderful but overall amenities and property management including food options is very poor. New Year’s Eve event was horrible, most of the things promised didn’t happen & food left a lot to desire for. Overall not a world class 3 star resort even. The staff however are polite and tried their best to provide a good experience but they are constrained by the amenities & what’s available for them to do. Overpriced for a resort of this quality. ”

“The staff was very accomodating with our requests and informative with activities we can do around the resort. The place was very quiet and was able to provide me with a much needed break from a busy life. The views were amazing. All in all, it was an amazing experience made easier by their staff. As this is an "off-grid" stay out in the outbacks of Palawan, a bit of dust and dirt everywhere is expected. But the staff made efforts to provide us with anything we needed to stay comfortable. ”
