“Our floor smelled awful as soon as we got off the elevator. Luckily, the room didn't have the same smell. But the a/c filter needs to be cleaned as our allergies were out of control while in the room. They also ran out of pillows so our son had to use an extra blanket for a "pillow". One of our tvs never even worked. And while I understand the time zone issue, most people stay at this hotel to go to Holiday World. So it would be more customer friendly if their breakfast went until at least 10...

“Place is very outdated. Pictures make it look better than what it is. First the lobby is probably the only clean looking place there. The pool and hot tub were okay. Pool is very tiny and was overrun with kids who were literally jumping off the window ledges into the pool. I’m not against kids having fun cause I have 4 of my own, but there was 0 supervision or order to the pool area. There were also no towels and the hot tub jets wouldn’t turn on. Our room smelled musty and found a newly sealed...

“The property was”

“The room was very dirty, we came late so we just dealt with it, but the carpet wasn’t vacuumed, the hard floor had not been mopped or swept in a long time, and the tub was peeling paint badly. The air conditioning also didn’t stay on and we had to keep getting up through the night to turn it back on.”

“Excellent stay. My only real complaint was the complimentary breakfast. The OJ was watered down. It didn't taste good. The eggs were flavorless and soggy. And there wasn't enough seating. There wasn't an open table to sit when I ate breakfast. But other than that the stay was very good. Clean room, nice staff, plenty of parking.”

“We arrived Friday night for a weekend stay. The last working Friday night was great! Saturday morning we had a request and Anthony helped us. He went above and beyond to accommodate our situtation. Can’t thank him enough. The breakfast attendant didn’t get her name but she was the sweetest. Overall the staff 10/10. The hotel was clean, we’d stay here again.”
