"We only stayed for 5-6 hours because it was a quick drive to the airport. The reception staff is the treasure of this hotel. "

For the amount we pay a night, the Holiday Inn should comp water bottles, 2 bottle per day. I did use the washer and dryer, in this area, you need to have more then just one set of washer and dryer. Breakfast was excellent, parking was excellent as well as security. I wasn't award that I was a IHG member where I could have save more. "

"This location is wildly different from the other Hilton Garden Inn's in the vicinity, albeit just as expensive. There were limited walkable locations to eat & there was a guest on my floor screaming bloody murder/slamming doors all evening. I was afraid to leave my room. Luckily I stayed at the Scottsdale location for the majority of my trip - I only "slept" one night here due to a flight cancellation. In future, I would head back to Scottsdale before setting foot into this location again. The staff at the hotel were perfectly friendly - this was hopefully a one-off experience. "
