“The staff here are all so friendly and helpful. We booked an upgraded room with access to a lounge, which was great as we’d had a long haul flight and just needed something light before bed. This hotel is in a fantastic location—likely the closest within walking distance of Windsor & Eton Central station. I emailed ahead with my train details and the staff was ready for my arrival. Charlotte warmly welcomed me at check-in. My room was already prepared, so I was able to settle in right away. She also kindly printed my Windsor Castle tickets, which I had overlooked needed to be printed in advance.
