Very clean hotel with comfortable beds. Staff really friendly. Great cooked breakfasts - maybe should keep breakfast pastries/fruit salads covered though. Evening dining meals were also excellent and competitively priced against other Windsor hotels/restaurants. Although slightly further out than other hotels looked at it wasn’t too much of a problem for us.

We went as a mother and daughter, for my mums 70th. We couldn't fault this hotel at all! Staff were friendly, informative and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The room we were in was well decorated and had all amenities. There was an option to park there, which we found useful. The breakfast was lovely and freshly cooked. Would definitely recommend!

HRH to Windsor

Excellent location with a short walk to Windsor Castle & town. Exceptionally customer focused staff, in a comfortable characterised hotel building, well worth returning.

Staff were very helpful, although there was significant under-staffing in the dining room with a large group of conference delegates going through all together. Breakfast was good. Parking spaces were in a very constrained area in which manoeuvring was highly challenging when larger cars were parked there. There was a significant risk of not being able to get out when needed. The hotel is directly under the flight path to Heathrow and therefore has almost constant aircraft noise overhead.

Myself and my family had a wonderful short stay at the Royal Adelaide hotel. The hotel is ideally situated for visiting the Castle and other attractions in Windsor. The rooms are very clean and bright and the staff were superb.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful, location was excellent and the beds comfortable and breakfast was good. Room not clean, window latch broken and door into the toilet broken and wouldn't close. It's a direct flight path overhead, the noise from the planes throughout the night was loud! If you need silence to sleep wouldn't recommend!

Very Friendly Staff!

We ended up having to extend our stay because of illness, and everyone of the staff we encountered at the Royal Adelaide Hotel was very friendly, helpful, and did their best to be kind and accommodating. The hotel is right across the street from the Long Walk leading up to Windsor Castle, with lots of green space to relax, and an ideal location, 10 minutes easy walk to the castle and town center. We had a great stay!

Perfect stay in Windsor

Really lovely hotel with great facilities. Fantastic location for the Long Walk and Castle. My only small criticism would be that the mirror wasn’t positioned well for the hairdryer use. This I often find in hotels and have decided that on my next trip I’m going to take an extension lead 😃.Everything else was perfect.
