โThis property was in the perfect location. A 5-minute walk to Windsor Castle and10-minutes to the station. There are tons of restaurants and pubs within walking distance.
The property itself was clean and well-maintained. It is a self-serve property --- you use a code to get into the building and keys are located in a lockbox. We had zero issues with this process. It was very easy.

โClean & friendly staff. Be prepared to carry your luggage up and down stairs. Location is close to Heathrow (used Uber), shopping, castle, & the Long Walk. Felt safe walking in the shopping district in the evenings. Lots of restaurants nearby and people sitting outside the castle in the evenings. Only issue was it being noisy both nights with people partying at a nearby club or arguing middle of the night out on the street. Not the fault of the hotel.โ
โWe had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience โ
