“We will agree to a warm reception, but we were also given help to carry our luggage up the stairs by staff. We really appreciated that. Great location with great access to local restaurants and of course Windsor Castle. Make sure you map out your drop off, we were dropped off at Rachel sandwich shop and they was just a short walk up the path to the hotel.”

Barbara kindly offered me a complimentary upgrade to a much larger room downstairs, but I chose to stay where I was as being able to sleep with the windows open is important to me. “We only stopped for one night but we were very pleased with our stay. We arrived very very early with 6 pieces of luggage and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. The room was perfect, the staff was friendly. The hotel was less than a block from the tube station. There were some basic sundries available at the front desk. Very close to many restaurants and shops. I highly recommend!”
