Property very clean and great vicinty from airport. Best breakfast out of all the Ibis and UK hotels i have been. Staff very nice and friendly. Lots of parking but expensive.

This hotel is perfectly located for Heathrow airport It is modern and welcoming The bar area is cool with trendy decor and furniture The bar prices are reasonable for a London location The rooms are a tad grungy with spiked carpet and the smell of food but otherwise an excellent night to access the airport early the next morning

One of my preferred hotels at LHR. Good value for money. Clean, good athmospere in Lobby. Great staff, very attentive. Only drawback is not always finding a space to park also £18 for 24hrs parking charge by Ringo. I was only there for 10 hrs so a bit steep. 12 hrs for £9 would be a good option if it was available.

Hotel has a nice modern bar/restaurant area when you enter and staff was pleasant and helpful. Bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was in good condition and clean. However the rooms and hallways need updated flooring. Get rid of the dirty carpet - its full of large stains. The air conditioner in our room leaked water/moisture so we had to use a bucket to catch it. Room VERY small and too warm. There was barely enough room for our three suitcases.

The hotel was conveniently close to the airport. There for a one night stay as we transition back to the states. There for a hotel is a bit run down but fine for the price. The food was actually very good and the staff were accommodating since we arrived early in the morning. We were able to get a room at 0900 but for 30£ extra.

Pretty good hotel, and accessible to the airport and walking distance from the car rental, the pool table in the lobby is a hot for families and adults! The rooms are quiet!t only issue is i wish the room had a bottle of water and a clothes iron. Other than that, i think it was a great hotel. They have an airport shuttle for a fee, i found it comparable to taking a cab so i just took a cab to the airport instead.
