โWhat a fantastic stay I had!! Mechelle sent me a message on WhatsApp with the check in details and information for my stay and was at the end of the phone if I needed anything. Bed was so comfortable one of the best beds that I have stayed in, room was a brilliant size!!! Definitely will be back!! โ
โA really nice hotel with very decent sized rooms and fitted out to a very high standard. The service is also excellent especially in the bar where the drinks never go dry!

โIncredibly welcoming staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Some notable staff members were Ryan and Sam on reception, Annie at breakfast and all of the staff at the Riverside, who each made our stay special. We will be returning to Belfast and staying here again! โ
โThis is one of those rare gems where every detail of the property was extraordinary! Top marks for outstanding and lovely service- we were waited on hand and foot, absolutely beautiful decor, in the most luxurious setting in the heart of Belfast.
From the amazing complimentary cheese plate and wine and drinks on arrival to the fireplace and park views, the toiletries and soaps were also divine! I wanted to move right in!!! โ
โThe place was very clean tidy and very comfortable with basic amenities. The location was superb just in front of shopping complex , close to bus stop and on the main road. The host was the best of it all going out of the way to make us comfortable and welcome โ
โThe self check- in was easy and staff were responsive to messages. The price point is perfect for what's on offer. My only suggestion is to clsrify that the breakfast is not included with the price of the hotel.โ
โNice hotel. Clean room, big bathroom. No complimentary water or wash cloths though. Breakfast was good and the 24 hoir bar was pretty cool. Highly recommend this place. โ
โNot gonna lieโthe stairs werenโt fun! But everything else made up for it. The rooms were cute, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing night. We took a walk and found an amazing spot for dinner just down the streetโhonestly the best meal of our whole trip.
Breakfast at the hotel was quick, tasty, and just what we needed to start the day. It's a charming little place, and we'd definitely stay again if we're in the area!โ
