There seemed to be some confusion about some rooms that a bus load of people were having regarding their reservations. I stood in line and waited patiently as both front desk people were trying to resolve the issue. Once I was checked in, I went to my room (147). "Pleasant staff. Check in and out simple and quick"

"Rooms were dirty with dirty floors. Everything looked neglected. Bathrooms were poorly equipped, rusty faucets, broken sinks, etc. Air/heat units were on the edge of going out, noisy and had to move rooms because one did not work."

"No available bath towel. Need to wait 2 hours for clean towels. We just bought new towels at the store instead. Much faster!"
