"This property was good for the price. We didn’t find anything that we would eat at breakfast. We would’ve loved more options (such as non packaged oatmeal, boiled eggs, non pork options, fresh fruit, Greek yogurt, etc…) The courtyard was very secluded and pleasant. The room was a bit stuffy even with the AC on. We would consider staying here again on returning to Ann Arbor. The location was in a quiet neighborhood- which was nice."

"Unexpectedly I needed a hotel near DTW due to my flight being cancelled. I selected this hotel for the reasonable price (since there are many expenses with canceled flight). Front desk was super helpful, had a shuttle come quickly, their restaurant/bar was open late for a great burger and drink (bartender very friendly!). Room was clean, spacious and updated. Bed was really comfy. Shuttle back to airport ran on regular 1/2 hour schedule. I would definitely recommend/stay at this place again!"

"Our stay here was very nice. The room was comfortable, quiet and made for a perfect trip to Detroit! We enjoyed that we were within walking distance to Little Caesars Arena and were very pleased with the late night Pizza we had at NYPizza. We will definitely stay here again."

"⭐ Quick Review – Houze Hotel Detroit I stayed at the Houze Hotel in Detroit for a one‑night visit, and overall it served its purpose well. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who handled my check‑in quickly and provided the link for my digital key. The studio‑style room was clean and surprisingly well‑equipped — refrigerator, stove, dishes, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and even an ironing board. For a short stay, having all those amenities made things easy and comfortable. The location was another plus: centrally placed and just minutes from the Fox Theater, which made getting around downtown simple. It wasn’t a luxury stay, but it was convenient, clean, and exactly what I needed for a quick overnight in the city"
