"Wonderful relaxed and friendly vibe. The hotel is located slightly away from the busier central part of San Pancho so it’s very quiet. The beautiful beach is a very short 3 minute walk from the hotel. Some days we were the only people on the beach. "

"Hotel was conveniently located in downtown San Pancho but on a side street far from the noise and traffic. Small, very well appointed facilities, with an awesome coffee shop. Rooms very well designed and very comfortable with awesome AC. During our stay, there were a couple of power shot downs in town but hotel has their own generator, which was great to keep AC and lights, specially being almost 100 degrees during our stay. Personnel very attentive and kind and we felt at home. Would go back and recommend without hesitation "

"This property was amazing. The pool is perched on the side of a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Sunsets from the living room and pool deck are just spectacular. You can hear the waves from the primary suite all night long. Guest bedrooms were large and had nice attached bathrooms, but don't have much of a view. The air conditioning throughout the property worked extremely well. The main level living area had large pocket doors that could completely open the room up to the pool deck, which was very nice in the morning when it was cool. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. With the rate that we booked, breakfast was included each day. That was a major perk, as it was delivered to our room around 9:30 AM each day and was delicious. There is a private beach that we could see from our pool and there are stairs to get down to the beach. I am in relatively good shape, and the stairs were not an issue for us to go up or down. The waves were huge when we visited, so we did not swim in the ocean. If you are a very experienced ocean swimmer, then I think you would certainly swim on the beach, but I wouldn't do it with the waves as large as they were when we visited. The beach was still great to walk on and splash in the water. It was easy to communicate with the property via WhatsApp for questions about our stay. The on-site staff, Layf, Anna & Luis were extremely helpful. We will stay again when visiting lovely San Pancho."
