โFirstly, all employees are very very kind to me. I didn't expect facilities of the hotel because there are a lot of harsh reviews about that. It is only the location that made me decide. Of course, the location was perfect and when I saw my room, I was so satisfied. It was clean and had small terrace with wonderful view. Mattress of the bed surprised me and bedding(covers) also has high quality. Breakfast was not bad. I will visit this hotel again. I swear.โ

โReally nice hotel with excellent rooms and gardens. The rooms are air conditioned and spacious with comfortable beds and a private balcony.
Taking breakfast in the well tended garden was a joy.โ
โLoved the hotel. Lakeview from our balcony was just relaxing. Staff was great; helped with auto parking arrangements and was informative. Our room was outstanding. Room size, as expected, was a little small but the way furniture was laid outโmaximized every inch making it easy with luggage! The entire hotel was clean and updated. Highly recommend.โ
โVon Anfang bis Ende einfach nur top!! Man fรผhlt sich als wรคre man weit weg in den Ferien...Hervorheben mรถchten wir die freundlichen Mitarbeitenden des Hapimag Ascona. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und top eingerichtet. Die Kinder liebten den Pool und die Spiele die man ausleihen durften. Ausserdem gibt es einen Spielplatz und eine kleine Kinderclubhรผtte beim Spielpi - soo sรผss!! Wir sind wirklich begeistert vom Hapimag Resort in Ascona! Top top top! โEin kleines Paradies in der italienischen Schweiz. Mit super freundlichem und zugewandten Personal, das alles mรถglich macht, sehr gutem Essen, eigenem Seezugang und netten Zimmern. Schรถne Bar, tolles Sternerestaurant. Gerne immer wieder. โ
