"When we arrived we found that the property was not cleaned properly. There was a plastic cup on the porch, dirty kitchen floor, empty water bottle in the bedroom, and dirty beds. Lights didn’t work in one of the bedrooms and we couldn’t find the thermostat as it was too hot during our stay. "We had a lovely and spacious double queen room. It was very clean indeed. I will definitely stay here again, and I would recommend it to all types of travellers! There are security guards at several access points including at the entry points to the casino, and at the elevator entrance to the hotel, which was very appreciated, so the general public cannot access the hotel floors.
