“Lovely boutique hotel with a great location close to the train station. Very well kept and modern. The only downside was the air conditioning in the room not working. After an hour of changing the thermostat when we got to the room it hadn’t lowered at all. We went down to the desk to ask about it and they went onto a laptop to adjust something and said it was fine. “Wow! This was our first time travelling to Tirano. We didn’t know what to expect. The property manager (Mara) contacted us to find out what time we would check-in. She gave us excellent directions to get to the building from the train station. We were warmly welcomed at check-in and were quickly on our way to our suite. Había secador de cabello, la temperatura y presión del agua correcta. Estacionamiento delante de la propiedad. El desayuno estuvo correcto. Cenamos en el restaurante del establecimiento excelentemente. El personal fue cordial. Lo único observable son las escaleras”
