The view over the Heath and London is great however if you have a room at the front be prepared for a lot of traffic noise .

Stayed as 5 ladies in a family room 1 double & 3 singles. Good size rooms, bathroom was quite small & very dated but we didn’t have issues with the shower or hot water. We managed. The reception staff were very friendly & professional, answered all our questions & helped us with both buses & taxis to our destinations. Breakfast was excellent, good choice, hot & tasty. We had a great time & would definitely return for future O2 visits.

My room had a lovely view from the window and was well equipped and clean. The breakfast was a nicely cooked traditional bacon egg etc.,buffet style, with cereal, breads, yoghurt, juice and hot chocolate for me. I was very happy with the service at the hotel.
