Paul was very helpful. Very walkable. Good shopping and restaurants. Very limited in storage space for suitcases. Parking was a pain. No place to drop luggage. No lift. Not good for people in their 70’s with back issues dragging suitcases up two flight of stairs after walking 150 yards.

Not a hotel. This just a room above some businesses.the room was big and comfortable. Getting the code for the door it was tricky, but it was due to changing phone sim cards. We were in downtown Londonderry close to everything. Parking was an issue. Overall a great place would recommend.

We stayed here half way through our trip around Ireland. We were excited to have an apartment size room with a kitchen, as we were travelling with children. The cleanliness however could be improved upon, as we were left with a used dirty sponge and soap dispenser to wash dishes, which made us question the cleanliness of all the items in the kitchen. The sleeping arrangement would have one of our children sleep on the pullout coach, which was completely sinking in and horrible, so we ended up having three in a double sized bed. The first night we stayed was a Saturday and the sound from the other tenants and the heavy traffic outside kept all of us up until the early hours of the morning. Lastly, although the property manager tried to assist with connecting us to wifi, none of our devices had wifi. We were told that it’s a common issue with iPhones, but our android tablet also would not connect. Not having wifi for 3 days in the middle of a 2 week trip was a huge inconvenience. If they no there is an issue with iPhones, get new wifi? I would not recommend this property.

Unusual small hotel that requires codes to access the hotel and room. Codes and details are provided in an email prior to arrival. Access is on an alley. Huge room had a kitchenette. A block from the murals related to the Troubles. Easy to walk into town. If driving, park on the street and be aware of parking details on the signs to avoid getting a ticket.

Very clean and nice place to stay right in the middle of everything in Derry. We were able to find easy street parking. Walked to dinner at a nice restaurant. Walked to see the Peace Bridge at night. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay there. Perfect location and great accommodations. I had a little bit of a hard time spotting it the first time I went there, but that wasn't really an issue. We parked in the lot just down the road. The only real issue we encountered was a spotty WiFi connection. The check in and check out process was seamless and everyone we interacted with was very friendly. Also the building has great security measures. Thanks for the stay!

Bad/Hot stay

Beautiful city with rich history… but it was HOT. We came during a heatwave (which I booked months in advance) so I’ll give them that much. But there is no AC so whatever temperature it is outside, add 5 degrees for inside. It was a fight to get a fan delivered. Don’t book if you’re looking for a hotel experience.

This was a strange setup. There is no desk or office. We changedour sim card to Irish SIM card so we did not receive the text messages. We were able to get into the bedroom. Overall it was a nice place to stay. The only downside was that there was no Internet. All though they do have internet access. The singnal is very weak and keep dropping they signal.
