"Breakfast is basic, but it's clean and roomy; bed is comfortable, but we saw spider web on the ceiling and walkin shower with no bath mat. Very slippery. The biggest issue is no shuttle during the mid day. The new schedule was set in May and the afternoon shuttle only starts at 2:30. With many guests already waiting at the international arrival, the guests at the domestic arrival had to wait a few rounds. 8 of us waited for very an hour for this 10 mins ride. The van can only take 10. That's not what I was told as the time of booking. Please reduce the mid day break and offer the same regular shuttle service to meet with other hotel standards."

"First time in Canada and first person we met at reception not particularly welcoming, rigidity and robotic. Bed very comfortable. Window coverings torn and tired. Marks on walls. Shower lose. Breakfast unbelievably poor advised day before that breakfast limited due to renovation. Help yourself limited in room 218 with 4 tables and basic choice - not sure what we paid for as it was poor quality and self service. With limited seating. Morning receptionist lovely and helpful "

"The hotel had little "clever" unique signs all over the place that made you feel that someone cared about the hotel.... The room was surprisingly clean and the bed was very very comfortable.....the free coffee in the lobby was very good. And I was able to utilize the small "business center" desk to complete some work in the lobby area....the only drawback was the lack of a strong reliable wifi ."
