Great room condition, bed is firm enough(a bit close to softer side).
Overall service was good.
If you are traveling with cars, do the valet parking. It is only few bucks difference and it is definitely worth of buck.
You get to park in the reserved area(parking shares with crystal mall and it always gets crowed mixing up with the mall customers)โ
โVery nice friendly staff welcoming gave us water and candyโs and left a hand written card in our bedroom very personal and very friendly environment was noisy with traffic outside but had an up to date TV so out white noise on TV had makeup wipes and Q tips was very accommodating and parking was freeโ
โCheck in was great and room was spacious. Area wasnโt far from the sky train and access to the city. Not a lot of restaurants or shopping around the area.โ
โGreat little hotel in the heart of a well serviced area, providing walking distance to restaurants, shops and the waterfront. The room was a good size and there were numerous chairs providing good seating options as opposed to just having to sit on the bed. The staff on check-in and in LโOrangerie were friendly, very accommodating and provided wonderful service. Would stay again.โ
"This hotel is 5-7 minute distance from skytrain station. The breakfast staff is very kind, while the lobby staff is so-so. The breakfast is unchangeable for a week but is good quality. Totally, it is recommendable. "
