"The team was super accommodating and worked with us as we needed to check-in early and check out late as we were in the area for a wedding. The kids LOVED the waterpark. It wasn't crowded and it was super clean. Boston Pizza was just the cherry on top after a tired day. The food at the water park was also delicious. Overall definitely a great kid friendly place. The washrooms are not the nicest looking but are clean."

"I was really impressed with the service from check-in to check-out. The rooms were spacious, clean & cozy. Pillow & beds were very comfortable. You do not hear any noise coming from the other rooms or hallway. Our hotel maid made sure we had everything & went out and beyond to get what we needed. The best part of our stay, we were upgraded to have a view of the waterfalls. The one thing I would recommend is changing the sofa bed to a more cozy one so that guests don’t feel the springs. But overallI with all honesty I don’t have anything to complain, service was impeccable & that’s what makes it a very enjoyable stay. Thank you to all the staff!! We will stay here again no doubt 🙂"
