"My husband and I had an enjoyable stay, however the room we stayed in could benefit from updating the bed. Although it was comfortable, if made annoying sounds the minute we sat on it like loose springs."

"Front desk staff was extremely rude. Not a great way to start your stay. The first people you deal with should be welcoming. That was not the case here. "

"The front desk attendant me they couldn’t accommodate us because I had 6 people staying in one room. I only had 4 people and a 3 year, my two daughters 16 and 9, my 3 year old, me and my wife. I had to basically beg them to let us stay in to keep us from having to drive 4 hours back home in the middle of the night. Not to mention, my room was booked a week ahead of time."

"As a first-time guest at the White House Hotel, I found the property itself to be very nice. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a welcoming atmosphere that makes it a pleasant place to stay. The location and overall appearance of the hotel definitely make a good first impression. However, my experience at check-in could have been better. The desk clerk was polite but not very welcoming or informative. As a first-time guest, I expected a brief overview of the hotel’s amenities, such as the restaurant, bar hours, or other features available to guests. Unfortunately, none of this information was offered during the check-in process. Overall, the hotel itself is a great place to stay, but providing a more informative and welcoming check-in experience would really help enhance the overall guest experience, especially for first-time visitors."
