My single bed room was small and unfortunately faced Trebovir Street. Vehicle noise and noise from people talking while passing by on the sidewalk. But, at night it became quiet. AC, internet, hot water kettle for coffee and tea all worked okay. New towels daily. They were always willing to offer recommendations for restaurants or things to do, and would even help arrange a taxi. When we checked in, we were greeted immediately, offered water, and then promptly shown to our room. The rooms were each unique and cozy, which really encouraged you to enjoy all the different spaces the hotel had to offer to relax. "This is an older hotel that has had a facelift / updating. When you first walk in you definitely smell all of the air fresheners that they have going all the time. Not unpleasant but if you have issues with scents, this will give you a headache. - Checking in is a very slow process. Bring your patience ..."
