Malik et l'autre gars que j'ai oublié son nom nous ont fait un bel accueil et ce dernier nous a fait deux bons cafés avant de partir. Cependant cette place manque un ti-peu d'amour

Notre chambre n'était pas prête. Aucune reception. Par téléphone seulement. Merci a la Femme de chambre qui a fait de son mieux. Manque de crochet pour ton linge dans la salle de bain, manque de tapis de bain, pas de boite de mouchoir. La Télé ne fonctionnait pas 2 hommes sont venu dans notre chambre pour la mettre en marche. La cuisine était comme en chantier . Manque de micro onde et frigo dans la chambre. Quand j'ai réservé il n'y avait rien d'autre accessible a Havre St Pierre.

⸻ La conformité À notre arrivée, la chambre attribuée ne correspondait pas à celle que nous avions réservée. Heureusement, une femme de ménage charmante et attentionnée nous a aidés à changer de chambre. Malheureusement, il n’y avait pas de ventilation dans la salle de bain. La chambre était devenue très humide même les couvertures avaient absorbé l’humidité.

Le personnel on ne l'a pas vu et la clé était dans un coffre à l'arrivé. Vieil établissement, pas entretenu, désuet, on voit tout autour de la porte. On entend les voisins de chambre discuter.

C'était dégelasse pour le prix ainsi que pour un 3 étoiles. Rouler 30 minutes pour aller à Havre-St-Pierre serait cent fois mieux.
