Staff were very friendly, helpful, professional, and courteous. The room was extremely spacious with a great location. However, it was very outdated where it felt old and dirty. Baseboards were missing or broken, one of the closet doors barely opened, the place just looked worn. The price was on point...great actually.

Clean and comfortable with a simple, modern vibe. Friendly, responsive, helpful staff. It met my expectations for a boutique hotel in this price range. We had a penthouse suite, which I believe was well worth the extra expense. The extra space indoors & outdoors, higher floor views, and private hot tub really elevated our experience. Very happy with the nearby amenities (walkable) including a quaint beautiful beach (Smith’s Reef), several great restaurants (Baci & Mango Reef), and a cafe open for breakfast & coffee (TurkWave). Also enjoyed the marina vibe with the boats coming and going. Obviously, this isn’t a Grace Bay resort with a private beach, but it was easy to get cabs to the Grace Bay Area for activities & dining. Overall we think this stay was a great value for what we were looking for - a luxury experience for a fraction of the resort prices.

The people are warm and kind and helpful. We felt like we were visiting someone’s home and they all welcomed us like family.

I usually read all the reviews to get my opinion on resorts I should stay at. Some reviews are up and down. But I take them with a little grain of salt. That being said. I wanted to share mine. Which I usually don't do. We had a wonderful stay here. The resort is beautiful. The rooms are clean. The staff is great. The cleaning people are sweet and helpful. The butlers are awesome and help with any questions or help set up your excursions. The water is beautiful. Was a little rough while we were there so we went to the other side of the island and were in calmer waters. The pool and jacuzzi near our room was great. There's also one by the beach which is nice. Food was so so. It's so expensive. My kids are so picky so it was difficult to satisfy all of them. My husband and son did utilize the grocery shuttle and did some shopping. Again it's expensive. But it is what it is. That's the whole island not just one specific place. Everything has to be shipped in. I did use swift eats and ordered food from one of the restaurants and it was good. Somewhere restaurant on the beach was really good. The snorkeling excursion was awesome. My husband and kids loved it. I enjoyed staying on the boat in the sun. Iguana island was cool. I also did the clear kyack photoshoot it was a cool experience. Travel to and from the airport was easy. All and all we loved it. I would definitely recommend this place. Just be prepared that the island is pricy but everyone is so sweet & friendly
