"While staff were lovely, the cleanliness and state of the property and room were sub par. The noise throughout the night kept my son and I awake. There is little to no soundproofing. "

Front desk manager is rude and keeps his back turned to guests as he leans on the counter talking to staff. Bar staff and restaurant staff are friendly. Paint is falling off the ceiling over the pool. Bed was comfortable. Shower was very good. "

"It was underwhelming for the price. It was clean and the staff were nice. There was a hockey tournament in town so the hotel was very busy and loud when we were there. The hot tub closed after our first night due to broken tile."

"Nice hotel, the attached pub has good food. Pool was nice. Rooms were basic, but OK for the price. Check-in was a bit painful, even though I had already paid I needed a physical credit card to check in."
