"Room was clean. Drinks were watered down. We were inconveniently locked out of our room after returning from an excursion. Removed our WiFi connection. Asked for room to be cleaned, they didn’t but someone came in and dropped off champagne and chocolate covered strawberries that we didn’t ask for and also removed two of my personal items. The staff did not communicate well between themselves once shifts changed. Highly disappointed from my previous stays at Riu. "

"Positives: location!! Close walking distance to everything. Clean room , Pool waterwas nice temp
Negatives: super hard bed. We had to take the thin mattress off of the couch and put it on the bed to get a little cushion. Water temp was hard to regulate in shower and water pressure wasn’t very good. Pool was nice but needed updated with adding steps down to pool. Not a very kid friendly pool. There needs to be someone there to monitor chairs. People would put towels on chairs by 7:30 am and not get in the chairs until close to 1 pm - leaving others with nowhere to sit. "
