"Just got back from 5 nights at Pacifica and it was wonderful. The food was excellent, the room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the property overall is lovely and clean. There were weddings multiple nights but they shut them down around 11 and the rest of the night was just ocean waves. Didn't hear anything from the surrounding rooms even once. Super quiet. We are homebodies but it is very convenient to be able to take a shuttle to the golf course or the other resorts for an easy change of scenery and vibe. Before we went I read a number of comments about the All-Inclusive vs Timeshare issues but honestly I did not find it to be a problem. All staff were very clear when an item would be an extra charge over the AI package and when we checked out there were absolutely no unexpected charges. It does take a moment longer to scan your bracelet at meals than other AI resorts where everyone is on the same package, but it's a very minor thing at worst and not a problem at all if you know what to expect. I cannot say enough nice things about the staff, though -- our butlers Dulce and Gabriel were attentive and lovely and went way overboard arranging for birthday surprises for my husband all weekend. Waitstaff at all restaurants were helpful and friendly and we did not want for a single thing the whole time. Excellent, excellent service. We had a wonderful time and the staff was a big part of that."

"Exceptional Hospitality and Family Fun at Hard Rock Los Cabos We recently returned from an incredible stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos and cannot say enough good things about the vibe and the incredible level of service we experienced. If you are looking for a generous, high-energy resort that truly cares about its guests, this is it. Above and Beyond Service Our stay was significantly enhanced by our concierge, Andrea. She was absolutely wonderful—answering every question we had and handling all our activity recommendations and bookings with ease. The highlight for our family was when she went out of her way to set up an ad hoc scavenger hunt for our children. It’s those personal touches that make a vacation memorable! A Dream for Kids (and Parents!) The Kids Club here is easily one of the best we’ve encountered. A massive thank you to Zaida, Pao, Ashley, Sonia, Jacky, and Fabi—our children truly loved every one of them. The club provides a clear schedule of events, making it easy to pick and choose activities. What impressed us most was how the staff kept our 9-year-old fully engaged while simultaneously modifying activities so our 4-year-old could participate right alongside the "big kids." It made for a very inclusive and happy experience for both.
