Dave and Brian”

“Excellent amenities, helpful staff and good location. Only downside was a significant ant problem, although highlighted to reception they sent maintenance to clean/spray one day, it continued to attract ants. From pool conversations appears it's a problem in most accommodations not isolated, therefore dont leave anything on floor! Quiet/not too crowded late September. Breakfast okay, not well layed out but works.”

“We really liked our two weeks at the hotel. my wife and I. I was however more than slightly unhappy by the lack of heating in the pools, which I reported through Expedia as well as not being offered a VIP upgrade or a few hours late checkout. The hotel guest services came back to me within hours and while it didn't make the pools warmer it did make us feel hugely better. Part of the remedy included the later checkout. I have to say the hotel restaurants have a have fantastically extensive menus...

“Beautiful hotel set on the lower slopes of Lanzarote, looking out on to the sea. The hotel is stunningly designed, with large rooms, amazing breakfasts, and a great pool. It is secluded and with only 20. rooms, it feels like a personally curated experienced. If you are wanting easy access to a beach and other restaurants (the hotel has its own restaurant but the menu is fairly expensive), this is probably not the hotel for you. If you want some quiet and time alone with a partner or friend, this...

“Lovely hotel in a quiet area but with shops and bars within easy walking distance.”

Profitez...”

“Very helpful staff and excellent place to stay....have returned several times”

“The food and drinks were really terrible and this impacted the whole stay. The “partial ocean view” was a majority car park view. The whole property smelt really unpleasant as they blast a strong artificial fragrance everywhere. The hours for all of the restaurants were really inconvenient if you have young kids (the only restaurant that opens before 7 is the buffet). The kids entertainment was also really inconvenient for younger kids (it began at 8:30pm). The surrounding area is super touristy...

“Breakfast was lovely but only had dinner on the first night as not very good, but will definitely stay again.”

“Todo muy bien , correcto”

“Lovely apartments,10 min walk to plenty of shops and bars at a variety of prices and quality. Don't miss Kalma Cafe and Brunch, delicious and reasonably priced. A small spar is located at the end of the road which is handy for snacks and water. Beds were comfy. Apartment could do with a mirror in the 1 bedroom apartment. They were replacing all the sofa beds on the day we left. No aircon in the lounge but just left the air-conditioning on in the bedroom and door open so lounge...
