"The staff was very friendly. Shoutout to Rosy and David, you guys were great people. The property was very clean and had everything that is on the description. So nothing to complain on that. The only thing that maybe can be improved is that the doors from the bathroom and the entrance were hard to close. "Our stay at Casa Juárez was perfect. The hotel is very nice and clean, the location is good and safe parking is available two blocks from the hotel. "I recently spent my birthday at this hotel while traveling to Puebla, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel looks just as pictured—if not even nicer. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially Sandra and Alex, Elinea who went out of their way to give us directions and great recommendations on where to go. Their hospitality really made the stay special. I would definitely come back and spend more time here"
