“Beautiful property and landscaping. Really kind staff, hard-working, but slow service. Which is fine if you are up for a long relaxed meal. Probably a little understaffed.. Everyone worked very hard. Room was very nice but a little dated the bed was slightly soft for my comfort but very rich and historic site. ”

“It had not been made clear that I’d need photo ID in order to check in. The bed was very squeaky (metal frame) and there was a strong smell of damp coming from the shower room because the extractor didn’t work. Otherwise, the staff were extremely pleasant and it was a very quiet place to stay.”
