The Lighthouse Resort Inn & Suites

6/10 Okay

"Great location and quick walk to the ocean. Pool is community and not private. Tiki bar was fun, but if drinking and parting isn’t your vibe then try a different location. We were on the 3rd floor next to the parking lot and the tiki bar which is open to 2am. So it’s definitely loud if you’re trying to sleep. Bathroom need to be remodeled."

"The place its my favorite everything we traveled to Naples area. So quiet (not a lot of kids activities) clean and the staff is helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. Small fridge, coffee maker in the room. Microwave and big icemaker in the hallway. Onsite restaurants and in the vicinity, some walking distance. Great place."

"We came memorial weekend and there is a public entrance straight through to the beach it was unbelievably crowded with teenagers and adults. The other days were fine. But paying resort fees you would expect more privacy. Parking is also difficult. Fills up fast. When calling for refills for soap, towel, etc housekeeping is not available until after 3. Other than that the location is directly on the beach"

"A room was full of worms for the three days that we were there and we found two cockroaches alive in our shower and in our room. When we called the front desk, they said that the hotel is in front of the ocean and that’s common. well I told him that the Ritz Carlton‘s in front of the ocean and they don’t have any roaches. They only gave us credit for one night after we went to the front desk and had to tell them what was going on. They didn’t send anybody to clean until we asked twice to do so never coming back here again."
