Staff was super helpful! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because there were plumbing problems with our tub and toilet. Otherwise, everything was clean, comfortable and plenty of space for our family of 5. The sofa bed was surprisingly very comfortable! Also loved that we were able to store our bags at the hotel on the day we checked out!

long check in process after long journey. Wife stays there for business & wasn't happy with room for 10 nights. Hotel didn't know how to manage the" free morning coffee" perk. Destination fee of $52.23 incl tax daily was unexpected as law requires if be shown when offer is presented by expedia

The Langham properties have become a go to for us and it’s because of the service delivery standards experienced at the London, Pasadena and NYC properties. Our 4 night stay was a busy one as our December 31st arrival meant we had to be quick at checking in time to head out for our dinner plans. Staff has always been exceptionally professional and went so far as to be recognized by two staff members from our previous stay. There are many great hotels in NYC, but the Langham’s 5th Avenue location is absolutely, positively perfect. Thank you for the warm welcome and excellent customer service.
