"I don’t say this lightly, but this hotel’s staff—while understandably cautious about my initial assertion of my Thomas being a properly documented service dog for my disabilities given nowadays some folks indeed conveniently claiming this status for their pet dogs even though they can’t substantiate it—upon me producing medical attestation, have diligently and compassionately provisioned accommodations to us. So kudos for that and Thomas has been able to relax a bit so thanks for your understanding and support. "
