"Nice having Uber to pick up and drop off at airport - no waiting for a shuttle! there is some kind of scent on the linens which made my eyes itch and water and made me congested at night. There is no restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast is good but basic. There is nowhere to eat lunch or dinner within walking distance except for Burger King! I was glad the mini shop by reception had beer and some snacks."

"Unfortunately, our room had a drainage issue with the shower. It further had issues with AC. They came to try and fix drainage but it smelled like eggs. We then got downgraded to another room which was very dirty and not to standard."

"This is a lovely little hotel. It is an older property, but the room was spacious, very clean and well maintained. The towels were fluffy, the rain shower head had great pressure and hot water always available. The continental breakfast was simple. The market onsite had great sandwiches and Yatori was right across the street. Amazing pastries and matcha lattes. The grounds at the hotel were immaculately landscaped. It was a very relaxing place to stay."

"This was in downtown San Jose. Easy to access from any direction. The hotel and the surrounding area was clean. It was next to the convention center. We checked in during weekend and the streets barely had cars in them. The staffs were friendly. Breakfast was nice with scrambled eggs, sausages, hash browns, oatmeal, coffees, 3 varieties of milk, croissants, bagels, and pastries. The garage was accessible only to guests by elevator using the hotel card. To get the car in and out of the garage , you will have to go thru a huge commercial rolling door. Basically, no one can access that garage unless you are a guess or affiliated with the hotel. It cost me $45 for the 24-hour garage privileges. This parking fee was normal in that area. My $50 hotel deposit was credited back to my card the day after I checked out. Will come back again if I had a function to attend to in downtown San Jose."
