"We had a great stay at the Pink Hibiscus Villa. The hosts were super friendly, and helpful. It was so nice that they were concerned with us driving a rental and were always happy to see us back safely in the evening. Breakfast and dinner were awesome. We had room #1 with a super comfy king sized bed, good A/C and a TV with YouTube, Netflix, etc. (which we never used because - hey - why watching movies when you are in Jamaica!). "I enjoyed my stay at this appartment. The room was very clean and the view of the ocean from the balcony is breath taking. Shower had great flow and the wifi worked perfect. I only use the A/C twice durning my 7 day stay as the room stayed cool. The best part is the location to everything. Starbucks is just accross the street and resturants and grocery are just few min walk. I would definitley book another stay."

"This is a 5-star Adults Only - All Inclusive Resort. Everything was top-notch. The food at the buffet was so good we never went to a restaurant. They even have 24-hour room service and a stocked refrigerator in the room. You can go to the two resorts next door (Rui Montego Bay and Riu Reggae), but because this is the Rui Palace, they can not visit the Rui Palace. Dislikes: All the pools close at 6 pm, even at Rui Montego Bay and Riu Reggae. Rui Palace kept running out of washcloths. We went two days without washcloths. Housekeeping kept telling us they were waiting for a supervisor to bring some, but we never received any. Which was very unacceptable!!! "
