"Absolutely loved this resort! We had a premium swim out and it was perfect! Our kids ages 11 and 14 loved it as well! Any complaints you see it is from people expecting Sandals…… or the Four Seasons……. or upset it is no longer an adult only property. We knew exactly what to expect and beyond thrilled with everything. You cannot beat the location on Seven Mile beach! Swim out is amazing being steps from the incredible beach! You will not regret booking here! Honestly I’m not sure if we want to go anywhere else now. We have been to many islands and resorts and this was exactly what we were looking for! No stress…. No reservations needed at restaurants….. no towel cards needed to get towels…… no having to get up early to get a chair…… pool right out your door right by a perfect beach! My kids said the coffee bar was better than Starbucks! The good definitely outweighs any negatives…. People will complain about anything. Just know what you’re booking and know this is not Sandals…. I have stayed at Sandals and I will tell you Azul was perfect for our family."

Everyone was warm, friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with a smile. From the restaurants to the overall service, everything was well organized and enjoyable. I genuinely felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton and look forward to visiting again!"
