Its an old hotel but they do try hard keep it clean. Hot tub was broken, resort private beach only had 4 lounge chairs and tables . Staff at check out front desk had no personality front desk on check out... Hotel is close to everything most definitely need a new entrance sign drove by it several times.

Cleanliness: The room was spotless from the moment we walked in — fresh linens, no dust, and the bathroom was immaculate. Clearly well-maintained by housekeeping. Staff: Everyone we interacted with was warm and genuinely helpful, from check-in to daily housekeeping. They were quick to answer questions and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Hot tub: A definite highlight. It was clean, well-maintained, and the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Worth booking a room with access to it if you can. Balcony: The private balcony was a wonderful bonus — great for morning coffee or evening drinks with a view. It made the room feel more spacious and gave us a nice outdoor space without leaving the property. Tip for future guests: If a hot tub and balcony matter to you, double-check room categories when booking, since not all rooms include both.
