What a delightful stay! The property has beautiful natural landscaping everywhere. The tasteful touches to the morning dining areas were lovely. The room was spotless and it really showed they care. The staff was warm and helpful. I am so glad I found this sweet little gem in Ludington!

Everything was wonderful! Room was clean and efficient. Bed very comfortable! Provided two luggage racks and had liquid creamer with a keurig machine. Beautiful pond with sitting areas. Also, could walk to town. Staff was so friendly. Loved the breakfast. Will return!

Wonderful experience staying at Summers Inn. Was greeted by very friendly and helpful staff at check in. The room was very clean, beautifully decorated, and the beds were comfortable. Loved the garden and koi pond. I would most definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Ludington.

First time at Summer’s Inn and I will definitely return! The room was great and has all you need for a long holiday weekend- small refrigerator, nice sitting area and a very comfortable bed. The daily breakfast was fantastic! Staff are friendly and we felt very welcome. It was like a step back in time to the 1960s.

Summer’s Inn is a small mid-century boutique motel for people 50 and over. The staff is friendly, helpful, and remembers you from year to year. The property is a monarch way station and the patio area has a sizable Koi pond for relaxation and contemplation. Breakfast is from local producers-quiche, fruit, cinnamon bread, and jelly with fresh coffee and juice. One of our annual favorites.

From the time you pull into the tree-lined property, you feel like you entered a zen garden. It's so calming and peaceful in the middle of town. The library was a nice relaxing touch, but the garden and koi pond was spectacular. The beds, bedding, and pillows were so comfy and cozy. We just loved it all. ❤️❤️

All the reviews are correct. This is a great property and it is a treat to stay here. Everything is better than described, especially the coy pond area. Breakfast is amazing, all the staff is wonderful. The room was large. Summer Inn is a real gem.

Summers Inn is exceptionally pleasant. The accommodations are tidy and practical, akin to a bed-and-breakfast establishment. The sole drawback is that the parking space is a bit cramped. If you have to choose between a truck and a passenger car, take the passenger car. The quiche is exceptional, but I have to thank the Inn for teaching me how to cook it myself.

This was an amazing hidden gem. Cute, clean rooms. A wonderful breakfast. Friendly staff. The back patio was so pretty. This is a must stay. It was our first stop on a road trip through Michigan after taking the SSBadger from Wisconsin.

This is a charming little motel turned into something a little more modern. Imagine a 1960's motel with updated decor, including lighting, bedding, and amenities. Add to that the delicious hot breakfast, the adult-only atmosphere, and the friendliness of the staff and you've got yourself a great, quiet getaway. Be aware that the only thing the owners couldn't change were the size and decor of the bathrooms and the musty smell in the room. We wish we would have brought our portable diffuser. It would have taken care of it in a jiffy. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we return Ludington.
