"Es gab keine Laken auf den Betten, nur Spannbettlaken und eine kleine Bettdecke. Wir hatten ein Vierbettzimmer gebucht, aber es gab nur ein Bett und eine Ausziehcouch. Die Couchkissen waren schmutzig. Als wir die Couch ausklappten, entdeckten wir auf einer Decke Blutflecken und auf der anderen gelbe Flecken. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Die Vorhänge waren zu schmal, um das Fenster vollständig abzudecken. Im Badezimmer klebte Zahnpasta an den Wänden. Der Bewegungsmelder im Badezimmer war defekt. Der Ventilator im Badezimmer war laut."
