"The rooms were some of the best (definitely best value for money) we’ve ever stayed in. They were clean, sizeable, had a small kitchen and table and chairs, accessible and again sizeable shower room and had lots of storage space. I wasn’t sure about the digital keys but they worked well and there is also an option to get a key card if you’re worried about that. It’s a 10 minute walk straight into the centre or it’s very close to several tram/metro stops. There was a well-equipped kitchen in our studio room as well as a shared kitchen in the shared area. The shared area was also very comfortable and the staff were always very helpful and attentive. So nice to have an accessible kitchen in what is essentially a hotel lobby! Only two things I wasn’t keen on - the beds were a bit hard and the bathroom doors (in the studio rooms) are glass and didn’t leave a lot of space for privacy. Otherwise, a fantastic hotel and would definitely stay here again! "

"Not our first stay at the Buddy, so we knew we were in a good place. The rooms are a bit small, but we didn’t go to Munich to stay in the room. The location is perfect, the staff is awesome and it was everything we expected. "

"It’s tricky to find the entrance. Quirky room, but we liked it. Fantastic location for train station and wandering around Munich. Workout room is a joke. If I had wanted to workout, I would give the hotel a much lower score. "

"Initially given a very small room with no shower facility (just a bathtub). Staff happily accommodated our request to change rooms. New room was very nice. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were all friendly. Location was excellent. Gym and sauna both required a fee to use."
