“They claim that they have a free parking and there wasn't. Had asked for it queen bed and they give us two separate beds for people who are in their honeymoon. The pillows felt like they were filled with cardboard. The staff were not present and when I called them they said if you don't like it you can leave. There was a shared balcony that Lord the privacy of the guests because people were walking in the balcony and they could look into your room. The mattress was hard. Very very poor quality...

“Such a beautiful setting!!! The pool, the room, the view of Lake Como against the alps was breathtaking! The front staff was so helpful! The breakfast and server were lovely. The town of Colico was quaint. The train station is a short walk. The hotel room was total modern luxury vibe. Beautiful bathroom, soft robes, towels and blankets even a hat for the pool. Also a beautiful beach bag to use while there! Top notch. Super quiet, super safe setting. Easy to catch ferry to go...

“Don’t carry too much luggage, property not at a walkable distance. It’s a steep walk so be ready to lift if you have more bags! Left a bag but staff never mentioned about it. Be careful!”
